‘Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up & be seen. To ask for what you need.
To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.’
(Brené Brown - research professor & storyteller)
What can I expect from my coaching experience?
If you’ve never worked with a coach before, it’s completely natural to feel a little unsure. Think of this as a safe space to explore, reflect, and grow - here’s a glimpse of what you can look forward to in your sessions:
A confidential, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, at your own pace, and explore whatever matters most to you.
Coaching guided by the code of ethics and core values set out by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Reflective listening - I’ll mirror back what I hear to help you see things in a new way and ensure I’ve understood you correctly. This also gives you the chance to clarify or expand on anything you’ve shared.
Gentle challenges and insightful questions - when appropriate, I may offer observations or questions to support your thinking. I’ll always check first to ensure it feels helpful, so your process remains yours without interruption.
Empowered and energised takeaways - at the end of each session, you’ll leave with clear, workable strategies that you can put into practice straight away, helping you move forward with confidence.
A supportive cheerleader - throughout your coaching journey, you’ll always feel guided, encouraged, and championed as you make meaningful progress
Everyone is different, so I coach in a way that makes sense for you. Some people like ‘homework,’ visual aids, and extra messaging between sessions. Others prefer to focus solely on the coaching itself. And some simply want to experience the process without overthinking how it works.
Together, we’ll discover what works best for you, shaping a coaching experience that fits your style, your pace, and your goals. After all, this is your journey - and the investment is in your growth, your clarity, and the future you want to create.
Coaching is led by you. You are the expert on your own life. As a coach, I am the expert on the process of coaching. You know what’s best for you, and I help facilitate the process of discovery, application and reflection.
I believe that everyone is creative, resourceful and whole. I believe that you have the ability to come up with the thoughts, ideas and solutions that are right for you. That you already have everything you need to do this. There is nothing broken, you don’t need ‘fixing.’
Simply put, my role is to raise your awareness through deep listening, gentle challenges and insightful questions, so you can achieve your goals. We go at your pace, exploring the obstacles and celebrating the challenges along the way.
What I won’t do is judge you, give advice or my personal opinions. Of course, you are always welcome to ask.
